Robert- We should start studying for the test you know, you need better grades, and fast.
Linda- The test is only after tomorrow, we should rest today and get ready for it tomorrow.
(A family car crashes through the garage, busting a hole in the garage door)
Robert and Linda- Hey Sally
(Despite the big hole, Sally opens the garage door and talks to them)
Sally-Hi mom, dad, how was school?
Robert- We are going to have a…
(Linda steps on his foot and interrupts him, Sally seems angry.)
Linda- There was a spider on his foot
Sally-Spider!
(Sally runs home, Robert looks angrily at Linda)
Linda-Come on, a day off won't kill us.

(Cut to Timmy in his lemonade store. A big car stops and a boy come out of it.)
(The boy speaks in a cold manner.)
Boy- You are the one willing to sponsor our team?
(Timmy smiles.)
Timmy- I am a huge fan of hide n seek , and it would be a honor to help our town to have its own...
(Boy interrupts)
Boy-Are you or not?
Timmy-Yes, I am willing to buy the shoes for your team, if their shirts have the "Timmy's lemonade "stamp.
(Another kid comes bringing a box of lollipops, the boy starts sucking on it, then stops and takes it out of his mouth.)
Hugo- My name is Hugo and to celebrate our deal I'd like you to host a party.
Timmy-Me!
(Hugo offers Timmy a box of lollipops.)
Timmy- Thanks, but I don't suck lollipops.
(The kid who brought the lollipop takes the box away like a butler.)
Hugo-It is a tradition in this business that you host it, my men already found where you live and I took the liberty to invite my contacts, see you tomorrow, lunch and dinner, better be ready.
(Hugo enters the car, Timmy is dazzled for a second thinking, then calls Hugo)
Timmy-Wait, what was that about your men finding my house...
Hugo- They are trusty men, your family is safe.
(The car window closes slowly, when the car leaves, we see Larry on the other side of the street with his lemonade store.)
Larry- Host a party, hum? If I destroy it, I'll shall be the sponsor!
(Larry starts laughing like a evil scientist.)
Timmy- Larry, are you okay, are you chocking?...Should I call an ambulance?
(Larry goes away running, still laughing.)
Timmy- ...See you around then...

(Cut to night time at the house, Robert and Linda are watching a romantic movie, Sally's there.)

(Timmy enters.)
Timmy- Sis, don't you love it when I do things without consulting you?
Sally- Not really.
Timmy-Where hosting a party to some executives tomorrow, do it right and we'll get a sponsoring deal and increase the sells on lemonade.
Sally-But...
Timmy-Sorry Sal, it's really important.
(Run past parents)
Timmy-Hi guys
(Timmy runs to his room.)
(Robert seems concerned.)
Robert-You know we have to study tomorrow, right?
Linda-Oh yeah, I forgot!
(Sally appears at their side almost like she teleported.)
Sally- You have tests tomorrow!?
(Linda and Robert jump, surprised.)
Sally-You are going to call your son right now and tell him!
(Linda goes upstairs.)
Sally-I will go out to buy things for the party, see if some stores are open.
(Sally goes away. Linda come down, bringing Timmy.)
Timmy- You have something to tell me?
(Robert sighs.)
Robert-We'll have to study for a test tomorrow, we would prefer for this party to be another day.
(Roberts looks at Linda, who look down sad and say.)
Linda-We would have studied today, but we...I thought it was a good idea, we could rest and be fully prepared.
(Timmy is looking angry, them begins to break into a smile.)
(We then see Timmy imagining himself in a big house and powerful car.)
(Timmy Smile turns into a angry face.)
Timmy- The money we make could potentially get you in a better school.
Linda- Timmy!
Timmy- No talking back to me lady, it's important for your future.
(Linda walks to her room, Timmy starts to walk away.)
Robert-Is it really about us, son?
(Timmy stop walking for a moment, then disappears into the house.)
(Robert goes upstairs to talk to Linda.)
Robert-Sally went out, and knowing her driving skills, should get back sometime around tomorrow. Without her, we could not dream of defeating Timmy in a argument.
(Linda is crying.)
Linda- Did you see the way he talked to me.
(Robert hugs her.)
Robert-Calm down honey, he'll be better tomorrow.
Linda-He just wants our good right?
(Robert looks at the camera.)
Robert-Right...
9The following day, Linda and Robert wake up to see Timmy preparing the house.)
Timmy-Linda, sorry about the way I treated you last night.
(Robert seems suspicious.)
Timmy- You understand this is very important right?
(Linda nods, and we hear the school bus, the kids leave and we see in the window that Larry was spying.)
(At the school recess.)
Linda- So, about after school.
Robert-He cares more for the party than for us.
(Larry appear in the bushes.)
Larry-Together we can change it.
Robert- Larry!?What are you doing in the school bushes.
Linda-Where you waiting for us to say that just so you could enter in a fortunate time.
Larry-Details don't matter now, if we work together, we can destroy the party and you can get your study time.
(Robert and Linda laugh.)
Robert-You expect us to destroy our son career because of one slip.
(Larry walks to Robert, and starts talking in a mystic voice.)
Larry- Oh, my dear Robert, are you willing to lose your place as number one student.
Robert-Stop.
Larry-Imagine the horror, the looks of disappointment in your teachers face.
(Robert looks down.)
Larry-And Linda, if you don't score well, you might get held back, and you'll lose all your friends.
Linda- No...
(Linda imagination.)
Linda- Girls, let's hang out.
(Linda's friend's turn around)
Girl-Like we would hang out we someone like you.
Linda-No
Girl-Go back to your class.
(Linda wakes up)
Linda and Robert-We'll help.

(The kids arrive home, where the party is happening.)
(Timmy go talk to them)
Timmy-I received a call saying Sally spent the night in jail for dangerous driving, and should only be released later today. If you guys want, you can use her bedroom to study, it's more quiet.
(The adults walk past him. Timmy seems sad.)
Timmy-... guys?... What have I done...

(Linda and Robert go to Sally's room.)
Linda-Melon head!
Robert-Sally said only kids can say this words.
Linda-He wants to apologize now! Now's too late!
Robert-Calm down, we'll wait for Larry's signal. In the meantime, let's try to study.
(At the party. We see a bunch of kids running around playing tag, also we see games like pin the tail in the donkey on the wall and decoration consisting of balloons and streamers.)
(Timmy drinking lemonade.)
Timmy-I have to fix this, I shouldn't have done it...I'll call the teacher.
(Larry revealed to be hidden under the table.)
Larry-I see he is to greedy to call the party off despite the adults problem...If he manages to call the teacher and work things out, my plan will be ruined!
Larry- I have to stop him!
(Cuts to Timmy trying to call the teacher with his cell.)
Timmy-It's calling, it's calling...
(Larry passes running with a mask and steals the phone.)
Timmy-Melon head! Hey someone, that guy stole my phone!
(A bunch of kids give chase, Larry runs away.)
Timmy-...strange.
Hugo-Timmy
(Timmy turns and see Hugo.)
Hugo-Nice party, the pin the tail in the donkey proved to be a rather amusing pass time.
Timmy, awkwardly- Yes, indeed, so I need to call someone now so, if you excuse me.
(Timmy runs.)
Timmy-I have to find a phone and save my family.
(Cuts to Larry, now without a mask, running back to the house.)
Larry- I think I lost them, now, to continue my plan.
(Larry enters quickly and sees Timmy going for the phone, he beats he to it and smashes it.)
Timmy-You! Why!
Larry-My lemonade is superior.
(Timmy pushes Larry and runs for another phone, in the kitchen.)
(Larry charges and push Timmy on the wall. He then proceeds to break the phone.)
Timmy- You sure you wanna play this game?
(The music stops for a moment, a phone ring upstairs. Another music start, both kids run.
Timmy starts climbing the stairs, Larry manages to hold him and pull him down.
Larry proceed to run upstairs, Timmy is right behind him. Larry is about to reach the phone in the unoccupied adults room, he then gets hit by something and fall, turning around he sees Timmy holding a Paintball gun.)
Timmy- I bought this to defend my family and defend my family I will.
Larry- Now, let's all calm down, that's a dangerous thing you have there.
Timmy-Out of my house.
Larry-Okay, I'll...
(Larry smashes the phone quickly and jumps out of the window.)
Timmy-Melon he...Is he fine?
(He goes to the window and sees that he is nowhere to be found.)
Timmy-...I'll have to solve this problem myself then.
(Cut to Robert and Linda. They appear to struggle to talk as the music keeps blaring out)
Robert-And so the adults take care of the kids until they can take care of the adults.
Linda-I know, I did that, but what happen to the adults when the kids get old.
Robert-Well...
(Larry climbs up the windows, a squirrel is clinging to his head tightly and he seems hurt.)
Larry-It is time.
Linda-What happened to you?
Larry-I got into an argument, nothing terrible.
Robert-Is that paint, were you shot!
Larry-Sacrifices must be made for the victory to be achieved, now, I trust you are ready to go through with the plan.
Robert and Linda-Well...
(A kid enters the room, cringing and with his hand in his belly.)
Kid-Is the bathroom, I ate too much sweets.
Linda-Second door on the right.
Kid-Thanks.
(Linda and Roberts turn to Larry and nod.)
Larry-Excellent.
(At the party, Timmy walks up to Hugo, who's talking to someone.)
Timmy-Hugo.
Hugo-I'm talking to someone right now.
Timmy-But I need you.
(Hugo turns, with a curious look)
(Larry and Linda are hidden, they give Robert a bucket, Robert begins to carry the bucket full of a green liquid to Hugo direction.)
Larry-Yes...Yes!
(Robert prepares and then stops.)
Larry-C'mon...
(Robert is frozen in place, unable to throw the liquid at Hugo, as he hears his son say.)
Timmy-My parents have a test tomorrow, and I didn't listen to them when they asked me to not go through with it. I was to lost in my world. I told myself it was for their good, but it wasn't, it was for my own selfish needs.
(Timmy realizes Robert holding the bucket and opens he's arms.)
Timmy-Sorry dad, I love you.
(Robert puts the bucket down and hugs his son, Linda follows.)
(Hugo coughs to call attention.)
Timmy-I got to call their teacher.
(Hugo hands him his phone.)
Hugo-I need priorities in my business, today you refused to talk to me in order to talk to their teacher. You sure you want to call the teacher?
(Timmy looks at Hugo, then at the adults and proceed to call.)
Timmy-Hi, yes I'd like to know if you could let my parents do their test after tomorrow. Okay.
(Timmy hangs up, and looks sad.)
Timmy- She can't do anything.
Larry-Yes, I win.
(Linda proceeds to throw the bucket content at Larry.)
Larry-Whatever, I won.
Hugo-You really care for this adults...
(Hugo breaks down and starts to cry, now his voice has emotion.)
Hugo-Because I was so dedicated on business, my sister and our parents moved to another house.
(Timmy looks at him sad.)
Hugo-I'm not as rich as I look I lied about the business tradition, I just didn't have money to host the party myself. The moment you volunteered to pay the shoes, I gave you the contract. I'm sorry Timmy.
(He looks at the clock)
Hugo It's 7 o'clock, there's time, go study.
(Hugo leaves the house, all the guest follow. Timmy looks at Larry.)
Timmy-Should I get the gun?
Larry-Bye!
(Larry runs outside, when he is about to go away a car fall out of the sky over him. Sally get's out.)
Sally-Looks like I'm getting better at driving, didn't hit a single three.
(Sally enter the house to find the family together.)
Sally-What did I miss.
Timmy-Nothing important, why don't you make us some taffy, we got some studying to do.
(Timmy and the kids walk upstairs.)
That was fun!
I first thought about doing The Sitter, but couldn't help but feel that it was too "Fairly Odd Parents".Any other attempts at writing The Sitter resulted in something that would certainly disqualify me:
"Fight back Trixie Twilight."
"No"
"Tell Applejack about Babs Appleblom."
"No"
"Tell Timmy about the Sitter Linda"
"No"
Repeat till ears bleed.
Speaking of One Bad Apple, I also ended on a moral that seemed to suggest that talking to your parents will solve everything, and while it's easier for it to work with a sitter than with a bully, it's still a inconplete moral.
So Yeah, I essentialy wrote One Bad Apple, something I'm sure MrEnter would loooooove reading*sarcasm*
I'm probably try to write The Sitter again as a personal test, I mean, not writing Pet Sitter Pat is easy, try not writing One Bad Apple.
Also I added some cartoon logic with Sally and the car because...well, it's a cartoon.
And world building studies!Thats a good idea, although the world building used here is a example, and it should be discussed with every writer before actually being put in the series.
Also, exactly 2100 words, I'm impressed!
